How to institutionalize climate mitigation?
Despite myriads of climate initiatives and projects, global greenhouse gas emissions are on the rise. Implementing and institutionalizing climate mitigation efforts beyond individual projects remains the critical challenge to reduce emissions. INLOCADE analyzes the processes and conditions relating to the political institutionalization of climate change mitigation in the high-carbon intensive sectors of agriculture and energy in four emerging economies: Brazil, India, Indonesia, and South Africa.
